Turn a busy evening into a clear plan. Add assignments, make room for breaks, and see when homework could finish.
Your evening, planned

These are estimates, not deadlines for your child. If the work does not fit, discuss priorities or support with their teacher rather than automatically cutting sleep or breaks.

How the finish-time calculator works
Finish time = start time + assignment minutes + scheduled breaks + your buffer. Focus time carries across assignments: two 15-minute tasks with a 25-minute focus block include a break after the first 25 minutes of work.
Example: Start at 4:00 PM with 30 minutes of math and 20 minutes of reading. With 25-minute focus blocks, a 5-minute break, and a 10-minute buffer, the estimated finish is 5:05 PM. A 5:00 PM target means the plan is 5 minutes over.
Is the break schedule a recommendation for every child?
No. The defaults are adjustable planning examples. Use the routine that suits your child, their age, and school guidance.
What happens if we finish after midnight?
The result labels next-day times. This is clock-time arithmetic, not a calendar or daylight-saving-time calculator. Equal start and finish-by times are treated as a zero-minute window.
Can I save the plan?
Print it or use your browser’s Save as PDF option. Reloading clears your entries. No student name is needed.
